5cups Chocolate Chex® cereal
4cups Cinnamon Chex® cereal
1cup dried banana chips
1cup whole cashews
6tablespoons butter or margarine
1/4cup honey
2tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2teaspoon coconut extract
1cup flaked coconut

Preparation Directions
1.In large microwavable bowl, mix cereals, banana chips and cashews.
2.In 2-cup microwavable measuring cup, microwave butter and honey uncovered on high about 1 1/2 minutes, stirring after 1 minute, until mixture is bubbly. Stir in cocoa, cinnamon and extract. Pour over cereal mixture; stir until evenly coated.
3.Microwave uncovered on high 7 minutes, stirring every minute. Stir in coconut. Spread on waxed paper or foil to cool. Store in airtight container.
