Ingredients
- 6 cups Strawberry Vanilla Chex™ cereal
- 2/3 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 2 cups milk chocolate-covered pretzel twists
- 2 cups freeze-dried strawberries
Preparation
- Line large rimmed pan with waxed or parchment paper; spread 4 cups cereal in even layer in pan.
- In small microwavable bowl, microwave semisweet chocolate chips uncovered on High 60 to 90 seconds, stirring after each 30-second increment, until melted and smooth. Transfer to small resealable food-storage plastic bag; cut off small corner of bag. Drizzle onto cereal. Refrigerate 15 to 20 minutes or until chocolate is set. Carefully break apart; transfer to large serving bowl.
- Add remaining 2 cups cereal, pretzels and strawberries; stir to combine.
Tips
Store in closed container at room temperature for up to 5 days.
Freeze-dried strawberries are often found in the shelf-stable fruit aisle of the grocery store.
